2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

We meticulously describe our luxury fragrances across various scent profiles (Fresh, Fruity, Gourmand, Unisex, Women, etc.). While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

2.3 FOR THE HOME Collection

Please note that personal care items from our FOR THE HOME collection are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, as stated in our Return Policy.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase subject to these terms. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) and will send confirmation with tracking details.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You represent that your payment information is accurate and you have authorization to use it.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct errors. If an error is discovered after payment, we will contact you for instructions.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two premium shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

4.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased are delivered by third-party carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened, unused fragrances in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Original receipt and prepaid return shipping are required.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles, used testers, or FOR THE HOME personal care items.

5.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Exchanges

To exchange between fragrance profiles (e.g., Floral to Woody), follow the return process and place a new order.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) misuse our intellectual property; (b) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (c) place fraudulent orders; or (d) violate any laws.

6.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate shipping and payment information. We are not responsible for delays or failures due to incorrect information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Parfums de Marly Sales shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
• Minor variations in product color or scent due to screen settings or natural variations

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Bexar County.

8.2 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
