All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two premium shipping options to deliver our fragrances worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your Parfums de Marly fragrance. If you need to return or exchange an item, our refined process ensures your experience remains as luxurious as our scents.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused fragrances in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition with all seals intact
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened fragrance bottles
  • Used tester products
  • Personal care items from our FOR THE HOME collection

Exchange Policy

To exchange your fragrance for another scent profile (Floral, Woody, Oriental, etc.), please follow our standard return process and place a new order for your desired fragrance.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return (template provided below).
  2. Receive Authorization: Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging, including all protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our facility using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
