Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We offer global fragrance delivery to most countries worldwide. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have delivery restrictions due to customs regulations.

We offer two premium shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
Complimentary Shipping: Free via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
All orders are carefully prepared within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, additional time may be required to meet our exacting standards.

To be eligible for return, items must be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns of opened items.
